1. Acceptance of Terms and Nature of Service
By accessing and using Luna AIstral, you agree to these Terms of Use. Luna AIstral is an entertainment and self-knowledge platform that uses Artificial Intelligence to generate astrological interpretations. The readings and advice provided DO NOT replace, under any circumstances, professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
2. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments
We offer subscription-based services and single credit packages, processed via Stripe. Purchased credits are non-transferable. For subscriptions, renewal is automatic and can be canceled at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund already started periods.
3. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
The user agrees not to use the platform to generate illegal, offensive content, or content that violates third-party rights. All code, design, 3D visual arts, and the 'Luna AIstral' brand are the exclusive property of their creators. You may share the links generated by your own readings for personal, non-commercial use.
4. Limitation of Liability
